Welcome to Liquiplex Dex, operated by Liquiplex LLC (“Liquiplex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Wyoming Limited Liability Company. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Liquiplex Dex website, application, and services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using Liquiplex Dex or subscribing to any paid features, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or subscribe.
1. Services
Liquiplex Dex is a user interface and front-end application for interacting with the Stellar blockchain and its decentralized exchange (DEX). It allows users to create accounts, establish trustlines, trade on the Stellar DEX, and access optional subscription services such as Zi Edge 10x Protocol.
Zi Edge 10x Protocol provides access to signals, analytics, Plex AI features, and related tools. Liquiplex Dex is not an exchange, broker, custodian, financial advisor, or investment service. All on-chain interactions occur directly on the Stellar network.
If users wish to earn more, we suggest Liquid staking on the Zig3 v3 dapp, where you can use the same PasskeyID.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using Liquiplex Dex, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of decentralized cryptocurrency services or subscriptions is prohibited or restricted.
3. Geographic Restrictions
Liquiplex Dex and Zi Edge 10x are not offered in jurisdictions where their use would violate applicable laws or regulations (including sanctions lists administered by OFAC or similar authorities). You agree not to use the Platform if you are in such a restricted jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions to Zi Edge 10x Protocol are billed annually.
- No refunds are provided for any subscription payments made.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent renewal for the next year.
- Upon cancellation, all Zi rewards and benefits associated with the subscription will stop immediately.
- Access to premium features (including signals and Plex AI) ends at the conclusion of the current subscription period unless renewed.
You are responsible for all charges incurred. All payments are final and non-refundable.
5. Cryptocurrency, Signals, and AI Disclaimers
Cryptocurrency assets are highly volatile and subject to significant market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose part or all of your investment.
Liquiplex Dex, Zi Edge 10x Protocol, signals, and Plex AI provide no guarantees. Signals are not always correct, and Plex AI may not get it right all the time. These tools are for informational and educational purposes only. Liquiplex Dex does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own research, due diligence, and investment decisions. Liquiplex LLC is not responsible for any losses, including those resulting from following or ignoring any signals or AI outputs.
6. Stellar Network
The Stellar network is entirely separate from Liquiplex Dex. Liquiplex Dex does not operate, control, or own the Stellar blockchain. Transactions on Stellar are irreversible. Liquiplex Dex has no ability to reverse, cancel, or modify transactions once submitted.
7. Non-Custodial Service
Liquiplex Dex is a fully non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, secret seeds, funds, or assets. All assets remain in your own wallet at all times. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
8. User Responsibilities and Conduct
You are solely responsible for:
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations;
- Maintaining the security of your private keys and backups;
- All transactions you initiate.
You agree not to use Liquiplex Dex for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or trading of prohibited assets.
9. Intellectual Property
Liquiplex LLC and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Liquiplex Dex Platform (except for open-source components). You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for personal use only, subject to these Terms.
10. Open Source
Liquiplex Dex is based on open-source software. The source code is publicly viewable where applicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquiplex Dex and Liquiplex LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of funds, data, profits, or losses from subscription services, signals, or AI outputs.
12. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of signals/AI, and non-infringement.
13. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. By using Liquiplex Dex, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Liquiplex Dex after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you irrevocably consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
